London Based, 35 hours p/w
£30,408 to £34,554 per annum
We
have been awarded a grant to establish a National Centre for Excellence
in Residential Child Care to drive up standards and improve outcomes in
children’s homes and residential special schools.
With
particular responsibility for the coordination and development of the
Children’s Residential Network, providing advice, training, tools
and materials to managers and practitioners in residential settings, the
successful applicant will work closely with the Principal Officer to achieve
the goals of the National Centre.
This
exciting development requires a member of staff with knowledge, skills
and experience of, the field of residential child care, a proven ability
to work with young people and with different agencies and disciplines,
and with the motivation and drive to promote and develop good child-centred
practice in residential child care.
