Are you interested in caring for young people with learning disabilities and making a difference to their lives?
We are recruiting for the role of Support Worker, which involves working with students to maximise their potential and to enable them to enjoy the best possible quality of life. You will encourage self-help and independence, provide support within formal and informal settings and
contribute to assessments, care programmes and reviews.

You’ll need patience, understanding and commitment, but above all you’ll be someone with a genuine desire to help others.
We have earned a good reputation for staff training and development and there are long-term promotional prospects available for suitable candidates.
