We are looking for several motivated and enthusiastic Case Managers to join our friendly and lively teams based in and around Northampton which are working to improve outcomes for children and their families.

Assessment Case Managers undertake assessments in accordance with the DOH Assessment Framework, these include Core Assessment and Section 47 enquires. This is challenging work and in return you will receive good supervision and support.

When undertaking assessments, a sound knowledge of relevant legislation is essential, as is an understanding of current practice issues and social work knowledge.

You must be fully qualified (DipSW or equivalent), having experience in the childcare field with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to travel effectively to different locations is also essential.
