Not only did the residents put on their own show for parents and the rest of the school, but they also made use of the all the facilities at the Doncaster Little Theatre.

Fullerton assistant head teacher David Whitehead said the whole event was a great success.
“It was a great day - the students were brilliant and enjoyed themselves tremendously,” he said.

“The theatre was great - allowing the students to use the dressing rooms, making it a really special day. The theatre also provided a technician so we had first class lighting and sound!”

The show, which the Fullerton students performed just before Christmas, came about after David’s after-school drama group began experimenting with routines from the stage hit and things snowballed from there.

Sorry about this one...........

A kangaroo was hopping along when she stopped and scratched her pouch. Hopping on she frowned and scratched again. The third time she angrily plucked a joey from her pouch and spanked it saying, "That'll teach you to eat biscuits in bed!"
