We are recruiting for the role of Support Worker, which involves working
with students to maximise their potential and to enable them to enjoy
the best possible quality of life. You will encourage self-help and
independence, provide support within formal and informal settings and
contribute to assessments, care programmes and reviews.
You’ll need patience, understanding and commitment, but above
all you’ll be someone with a genuine desire to help others.
We have earned a good reputation for staff training and development
and there are long-term promotional prospects available for suitable
candidates.
NIGHT SUPPORT WORKERS
Starting Salary £14,200, rising to £14,553 after successful
completion of
6 months probationary period, with a potential rise to £14,919
after
one year’s service.
You’ll work 42 hours per week on a 3 on 3 off rota system, including
21 nights holiday per annum.
As a Night Worker you will provide physical and emotional care during
a constant waking watch to support our students in their evening and
night-time routines; encouraging regular sleep patterns, to enable students
to get their necessary rest.
