Royston Youth Action

Post: Project Co-ordinator

Salary: £22,000 - £30,000. Permanent contract subject to funding.

Royston Youth Action is a well established youth and community project in the north east of Glasgow. The primary focus of the organisation is youth work with a dedicated youth centre and a substantial level of community work in a separate community hall.
Volunteer led Royston Youth Action is a community's response to its own needs.

Managing a team of 6 full time staff you will be responsible for driving the project forward on a daily basis as well as managing the strategic long term development of the organisation.

You will have experience of
§ Managing and supervising staff
§ Managing budgets
§ Fundraising
§ Developing Projects

We are looking for a self motivated individual with a passion for social justice. You may be an experienced manager or a senior practitioner who wants to take on a more challenging role.
