Care Net Adventure is part of Care Net UK a national organisation providing services to children and other vulnerable people. We offer activity-based breaks for young people in care who are close to experiencing a placement breakdown. Each young person never has fewer than two adults with them at all times. Our success rate is excellent and we have regular positive feedback from young people as well as those paying for the service.

WE use a variety of licensed centres across the UK and offer every young person an individual package based on their needs and their likes and dislikes.

CRESCENT HOUSE CHILDREN'S HOME
MIDDLESBOROUGH

Crescent House is a newly established childrens home based in Middlesbrough, which caters for 5 children with special needs on a medium to long term basis.

It is registered with the local authority and has been operational since March 2002.

Crescent house was developed following the recognition that there is a gap in service for children who have complex needs. Whilst foster care would often be the preferred option, identifying and sustaining such placements can be difficult especially where adaptations are necessary.

The home has been purposefully adapted and has a lift installed along with suitable adaptations, Crescent house offers a nurturing safe environment for children with either physical and or learning difficulties.

We have a highly motivated staff team with a broad range of experience. For more information please contact the registered manager Jayne Palmer on either 01642 281587 or 07973 698861
